Hey everyone!

I am Tim ONeill founder and CEO of Life by a Vision.  My wife Allison an I live in Nebraska.  This will give you a touch of what’s going on currently and who we are, an overview.  If you want the full family story, a review of our business porfolio, and some resources we constantly use, you can find it here at timoneillblog.com.

First things first.  This will hack a few folks off, turn some off and is generally taboo for most people in terms of a business site.  Allison and I are Christians.  What do we believe? This is paraphrased from website of the church we worship. About the Bible, we believe the Old & New Testaments, in their original languages, are the divinely inspired revelation of God and His purpose to all mankind.  In the words of the Bible itself … “men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God” (2 Peter 1:21 NASB).
About God? We believe in the God revealed in the Bible  and in creation.  The God of Isaiah, Issac and Abraham. He has always existed and He always will.  He is the Creator and Ruler of the universe.  Deut. 6:4;  Is 43:10,11;  Matt. 28:19

About Jesus Christ? We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, born of a virgin, who became a man in order to put God’s great plan for humanity into effect.   He did this by offering Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross.  John 17:5;  Phil. 2:5 – 11;  Heb. 1:2

About Man and His Needs? We believe man was created in the image of God.  And although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called “sin”.  This attitude separates us from God and causes many problems in life.  Thus, every person has a need for  the saving power of Jesus.  Gen. 1:26, 2:17, 3:6;  Rom. 5:12 – 19.

About the Holy Spirit? Christ taught a distinction of Persons in the Godhead which He expressed in specific terms as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  The Scriptures reveal this as the normal experience for Christians and teach that every believer should earnestly seek and expect this baptism.  Acts 1:5, 2:3, 5:32, 19:1 – 7

So now you have the foundation and framework from which my attitude and being come. I thought it only fair for those who want to run away that they do so in the beginning before investing much time with us.

My approach to business and life is simple. Be all of who I can be and invest the gifts and talents God blessed me with to grow, support, encourage and mentor others. People struggle daily. An under current of hopelessness runs rampant in peoples jobs, their relationships, politics, the environment, and many other area. As a society we have been trained to look for happiness everywhere except where it can be found, in God. God already gave us everything we need to be happy. If we look to him in prayer he will finish the great work within us he started.
Success is the progressive realization of a worthwhile dream or goal. The desires of our heart were put there for a reason…pursuit of them. God gave us an incredible mind that has serious impact and control over our destiny. Believe in abundance, prosperity, happiness and joy and they are ours for the taking.
